Uneri is a furniture collection made from branches pruned from Tokyo's street trees and fallen wood from local parks.

In urban environments, arboreal growth is routinely managed and contained to accommodate infrastructure; removed branches, despite their structural integrity, are typically discarded or reduced to wood chips.

Uneri recontextualizes the branches as primary structural components. The collection assembles varied branches to preserve the physical evidence of the living tree, tracing the tree's growth toward light and its response to gravitational forces.
