Payment

We accept all major payment methods including credit and debit cards, digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and other payment options. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your payment will be charged upon order confirmation and billed according to the schedule set by your card issuer or payment provider.

Order cancellation

An order is considered final at the moment payment is completed. As many of our products are made to order, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once payment has been processed. Please review all order details carefully before proceeding.

Lead time and delivery

All orders are shipped directly from our studio in Tokyo, Japan. We select shipping methods with cost, speed, and safe delivery in mind. Standard lead times are listed on each individual product page. If you require delivery within a specific timeframe, please reach out before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can add to overall delivery time.

Shipping and import fees

We ship worldwide. Shipping within Japan is free; international shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please be aware that shipping fees cover transportation costs only. They do not include import duties, customs taxes, or any additional handling fees that may be levied upon arrival in your country. These charges are governed by local law and vary by destination. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand the applicable regulations and fees in their country prior to placing an order. We are not liable for any such additional costs.

Returns and defects

Every order is carefully made and packed before it leaves our studio. As all sales are final, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please note that colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. If you would like additional photographs of a product in different lighting before placing your order, we are happy to assist. Color variation is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return or exchange.

All shipments are insured. If you receive an item that you believe might have a defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For defect and damage claims, we require communication by email. You can find our contact details here. Your email must include your order number, the date of delivery, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item from all angles as well as the inner and outer packaging. Please retain all original packaging until the matter is fully resolved.

Each case is assessed individually. Where damage is reported, we will initiate an insurance claim and communicate next steps once the claim has been processed. Resolutions including repair, replacement, or refund are subject to the outcome of that process. If upon review the item is found not to have been defective or damaged upon delivery, or has been used, altered, or mishandled, we reserve the right to decline the claim.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

お支払い方法・お支払期限

商品代金以外の料金

世界中にお届けしております。日本国内への配送は無料です。海外への配送料は、チェックアウト時に計算されます。

返品について

すべての配送物には保険が付帯されております。お届けの商品に欠陥や破損の可能性があると思われる場合は、お届けから48時間以内にご連絡ください。欠陥・破損のご報告には、メールによるご連絡が必要です。お問い合わせ先はこちらよりご確認いただけます。メールには、注文番号、お届け日、状況の説明、および商品の全角度からの写真と内外梱包材の写真をお送りください。すべての梱包材は、件が解決するまで保管してください。

各ケースは個別に審査いたします。破損のご報告をいただいた場合は、保険請求の手続きを開始し、処理が完了次第、次のステップについてご連絡いたします。修理・交換・返金などの対応は、保険請求の結果に基づいて決定されます。お届け時に欠陥や破損がなかったと判断された場合、または商品が使用・改変・不適切な取り扱いを受けていた場合は、当店はご申請をお断りする権利を有します。

元の送料は返金対象外となります。
