Liminal Objects is a series of three-dimensional grid structures made from precision laser-cut MDF. Originating from a flower vase design whose functional contents were removed, the series turns the grid from an organizational tool into an autonomous subject.

Without a fixed function, the structure invites other ways of finding meaning. As the viewer moves around the work, overlapping lines and shifting openings generate dynamic moiré-like visual fields, transforming observation into a spatial dialogue.

A nearby object may suggest a use; a different setting may change how the structure is understood. Its freedom comes from this unfinished relationship with its surroundings.
